This morning I decided to make crepes for breakfast. Whoever invented crepes was a very smart person! You can literally put anything on them. This morning we used Nutella, sugar, and jelly (not all on one crepe obviously). On Wednesday we ate crepes filled with spinich, ricotta cheese and chicken at a restaurant in Utah county. You can use fresh fruit, applesauce, ham, cheese...pretty much you can use absoluetly anything and everything! So give it a try with your favorite toppings! Bon apetit!
